busy band
When it rains, it pours! We picked up two more shows one in August at The Dog and another at Coaster's in September. Looks like it's going to be a busy couple of months for the band. Generally, we only like to play in San Diego once a month so we don't burn out our crowd. What I've noticed though is that you can get away with playing the beach area one time a month, the north park area one time, north county one time, east county another, the college area. Gigs out of town are fair game anytime. So we should be staying busy. Work was weird. Had to run the office with Gene being at Disneyland. It wasn't bad but it feels like all the pressure is on you to make sure you hit the sales mark. Which we didn't. What are you going to do? Well, go play some poker (lost) and have a beer and a burger with Patty and talk about fantastic sexual experiences that we have had. Nice. Doing laundry right now. Not so nice. Very hot today. I was sweating by the time I got home. Alright, I'm off to update the website. There's lots to update! yay!
